Republican Version of the Affordable Care Act
The best way to describe the Republican health care act that is being introduce in the house of representatives(lower house of the us congress)....is
to divide the winners from the losers.
The Wealthy.....it removes the 3.8 percent tax that is placed on people earning greater than $200,000 a year.
The Young.....it maintains the youth can remain under coverage of their parents till the age of 26.
Middle Class....it reduces the deductible from lets says $5,000 to under a $1,000
Poor....many will be kick off due to reduce federal funding
Elderly....the cost for medical insurance will increase
Sick....the cost for being sick will increase dramatically
Basically, it just shifting the cost of medical care from the wealthy/healthy to the poor, elderly, and sick.
this is my opinion from what I've read.....and my opinion and a buck-fifty will buy you a cup of coffee.
_Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didnít learn a lot today, at least we learned a little, and if we didnít learn a little, at least we didnít
get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didnít die; so, let us all be thankful...Buddha
