Shower Meditation

You can meditate while doing anything.

One day, you might want to try a shower meditation:

Visualize yourself washing away your stress and anxiety. Let go of all your worries.

Focus completely on the here and now.

Concentrate on how the water feels upon your skin.

Enjoy the sound of falling water all around you.

FEEL how the water washes away your negative thoughts, and leaves only positive ones.

Envision your fear, anger, resentment and regret swirling down the drain.

Then focus on your breathe.

When you experience mindfulness, you enjoy great balance in your day-to-day life.

Meditate at least once a day
If you're very busy, at least twice a day:tu:

Simple Breathing Exercise

Follow these 3 steps to breathe deeply and experience great inner peace:

1. Sit down comfortably. Rest your chin in the notch between your collar bones. Rest your hands comfortably. Close your eyes. Exhale completely.

2. Take a deep steady breath through your nostrils. Fill your lungs completely. Make sure that your abdomen is not bloated.

3. Hold your breath for two seconds. Exhale slowly and deeply until your lungs are completely empty.

Repeat a couple more times until you feel at peace.

Keep on Meditating:wave:

the morning method

I just finished reading a book called "Miracle Morning" which I recommend.

One important point is that the first few minutes of your day set the tone for the rest of your day.

If you wake up feeling exhausted and without energy and you do nothing about it, chances are the rest of your day will follow suit.

On the other hand, if you create a good morning routine, you will feel great. This is why the author recommends waking up very early, doing exercise, meditating and taking care of yourself.

keep on meditating....;)

Tiny Habits

Tiny habits are habits that you are trying to introduce into your daily routine.

They are called tiny habits because you start with a big goal in mind, but start with a tiny action.

So if your goal is to play a difficult piece on the piano, you start by learning the first note. And then the second.

This way, you break a difficult habit into many small ones.

Keep on Meditating:yes:

the traits of accomplishment

If someone asked you what the number one trait to accomplish your goals is, what would you say?

You might think that it's intelligence, or knowing the right people.

Self discipline is the number one trait you need to accomplish any goal.

If you want something bad enough, and you are disciplined enough, you will get it.

personal note:
I refer it as the PCP method....persistent, consistent, patience.

Thoughts and Speech

What you talk about the most is often what you think about the most.

Those who are negative, or who often criticize others, attract very negative things into their lives.

Here's a concept I often like to remind myself and others:

"Stop talking about the things that are bothering you so much."

Your words are extremely important, as they dictate what you attract.

Remember to Meditate at least 10 minutes today....sit straight up, relax, concentrate on your breath. inhale 1, 2, 3, 4. hold for a 4 count, 1, 2, 3, 4...then exhale for a 4 count, 1, 2, 3, 4.
