Watching TMZ for a lil "respite" from serious stuff. HA!

Nokio:

Quote:

Nokio the N-Tity (born Tamir Mateen Raheem Hameed Ruffin, January 21, 1979, Baltimore, Maryland) is an African-American record producer, songwriter, singer, and rapper. He is best known as the founder of the successful R&B group Dru Hill, serving as in-house producer and songwriter for the act.

Ole boy took time out to express his displeasure with black people in Baltimore rioting after the funeral of Freddie Gray (I say "after the funeral of Freddie Gray" - Giving the white man's Narrative, Nokio didn't refer to, direct, in no way mentioned the slain brutha!). Nokio was sooo sad that people in the neighborhood he grew up in, kids in the high school he attended, those who nurtured him and gave him his start ( :sarcastic: ) were giving "Baltimore" a bad name.... across the world.

It seems to be true that money does, indeed, change you. Were this negro not RICH, it would be his picture splashed across the newspapers carrying a TV out of the mall!

But he is. So instead of decrying a brutha's death at the hands of his precious "Baltimore" PD, he :piss: on the rage, the frustration and 'ain't nuthin' left to do BUT smash something!' explosion of those he left behind.

It ain't just Common, people. Give a nicca, so-called entertainer a fistful of dead presidents, put him in a roomful of white folks and watch him :piss: on the hometown folk who put him where he is today.
