Here's the rules. One person adds a link (or pastes a video) of a song. The next person follows up with a remake (or original if the remake is first)
of that song. If you can't find a song of the same name - then it must be a song by the same artist.
I'll start with Lisa Fischer. I think she did great justice to 'Wild Flower.' The next person must post either a
version of Wild Flower, or another song from Lisa Fischer.
It'll be a good opportunity to hear some new music (for some of us).
I'm going post both the link and the video, cuz sometimes my videos don't show.
Although the original version came outta Detroit from 'New Birth' in '73.
Enjoy this....

Ronnie Dyson and this song I also sang in a school talent show that brought the house down....WE didn't win, but like al gore in 2000, WE won the
'popular vote'!
Also, Ronnie Dyson passing at 40 and like so many others, 'gone too soon'....

Thanks for all the submissions – let’s keep it going.
Don’t worry about breaking the chain – some folks won’t see this thread until late after someone has already added a video – it’s easy enough to get
back to square one. And we all know music evokes memories and one song always leads to another (memory) that will take us to the left for a minute.
It’s a little game I came up with – no hard fast written rules or penalties, I’d like it to be pretty fluid. It’s about getting introduced to new
artist(s) – with similar songs/titles and meant to temporarily take our minds of the deep stuff of today.
Hopefully it’ll end up being a thread that’ll cause some of us to bounce in our seats, or hit the floor. I know I have so far.
On with the flow …. We’re looking for either a song by Brian McKnight or a song titled “Used to be My Girl.”

@ Roarin
Ronnie Dyson. Been so long since I've heard his voice, boyish yet mature. Absolutely loved "If you let me make love to you, why can't I touch
you?"
But, moving on along:
Wayne Bennet - Used to be my girl (instrumental)
