Lacefronts, the good, the bad, the ugly!

Recently I discovered lace front wigs. I was in a beauty supply and I purchased three of them with a friend in mind. I was traveling for business and I stopped in Dallas to see one of my friends from high school. She just got done with radiation and chemotherapy and she lost her hair, eyebrows and everything. I tried the lacefront on myself and I think I did an ok job so I packed the other two wigs for her. I had the wig on when I saw her and she commented on my hair and that's when I told her that it was a wig. I brought along glue and wig release so that we could play with the wig.
I put the wig on her, cut the lace, and set the glue. She looked wonderful and couldn't resist driving around Dallas to show her friends.

Do any of you have any lace front stories or experiences? Please share.
