Any of use ladies use any of the Mineral Make powders? I have been experimenting with MAC Mineralize Skin Finish in Deep Dark. Its OK, but I been wondering about those other ones that are adverstise like Bare Minerals & Sheer cover...I hear they are pricey:wave:

I like the MAC brand of Mineral Makeup. did they demonstrate some techniques on how to use it? Get the FiXX and spray it on before you start your make up and spritz it on again to set it. I also use a primer under the eyes, and around chin/neck area for smooth coverage.

No, the MAC girl didnt really provide any help regarding application.... Although she did use a sponge. I use a powder brush. I also use the MAC Primer.

I think I will try the FIXX. Right now I'm trying to find the righ combo of Moisturizer, primer, and foundation.

Thanks:thanx:

do you have the big Kabuki brush? Use that after you use the foundation brush.
1) spritz fixx on the foundation brush and brush across the mineral makeup.
2) dab the brush under eye (small strokes moving out towards shelf of cheeks) and at temple of face to get a concealer look. If it's evening, use the translucent white powder in this area.
3) give face a spritz ( close your eyes)
4) Take mineral blush and use blusher brush and dab on shelf of cheeks and out towards bottom temple ( not sure? take your finger and find nub inside ear and draw finger to outer edge of cheek)
5) Take foundation brush and spritz it again with Fixx and run it across your mineral makeup base, then dab and blend in area where you placed the blush
6) Take your Kabuki brush and start at bridge of nose and under cheekbones and move in semi-circles across face.
5)

Im glad I saw this. Is the MAC minerals, FIXX, etc expensive?

I am looking to try the mineral make ups myself. I was thinking of ordering Bare Minerals..didnt know MAC made the same thing.
