Okay, I just got a bookclub newsletter in the mail and realized that Life Expectancy just came out . . which means it's a hardcover . . which means it's probably gonna be like $35 and libraries will only have one copy, which they will only lend out for 4 days, at the most . . . :sorry: but I gotta change my vote to John Grisham . . can't afford no $35 book right now

I chose J. California (love her style), but I also love "mystery/suspense" too, so Koontz is cool w/ me as well.

Okay, I have never heard of John Grisham, but his book was the only one that was available at the time, so I think we should go with him.

Hey V, do you think the avaliability of the books will pose a problem to those who are going to the library to check it out.

Yeah I think it will, which is why I wanted to pick a book that would probably be in libraries or $7 at the store. The Dean Koontz book is new, so it's still hardcover and probably limited availability, which is why I hope it's John Grisham  I'm trying to keep it to books that we can find in libraries.
